Highlighting the importance of preparation is a regular topic of conversation with us, so it’s only right that you gain a clear understanding of our process.

1. Initial call

Our relationship starts with a 20-minute phone call that allows us to get a high-level understanding of your concerns. We’ll learn why you’re seeking help and what you want to get out of our relationship, then explain how we can help you.

2. Exploration meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to explain who we are and how we work. We’ll talk through your current financial position and look at what assets you have before discussing your goals for the future and what we will be planning towards. We’ll run through the costs involved at this stage.

3. Building your plan

Next, we’ll go away and gather information about your plans: where they are invested, levels of risk and costs. Then, we will put together a financial plan that contains a cashflow forecast and analysis of investment solutions, and explain how to set up your finances to align with your desired outcome.

4. Presenting your plan

We love meeting our clients, so we will invite you to another meeting and run through your plan. This allows us to pull the levers on planning and establish whether you are on track to achieve your goals or whether you need to boost your savings. It’s a chance to see the impact your plan has on your future.

5. Implementing your strategy

Once your plan has been presented and we’ve answered any questions you might have, we will talk about the next steps. If you’d like us to, we will implement your strategy on your behalf and provide regular progress updates.

6. Ongoing reviews

We're here for you, all year round. If you have questions, you can get in touch with us anytime, and we'll get back to you. Every year, we will arrange a review to assess your investment strategies and ensure they are still on course. Any new goals or changes in plans? We'll update your strategy accordingly. We’re here to keep things on track.
